I told my parents I'm afraid of getting old....

So I went for some research (influenced by bbf, apa pun boleh research)
Surprisingly.... Food causing degeneration and aging includes:
chocolates, milk & cheese, margarine, french fries, soy milk, oysters, white flour, alcohol, processed foods
*blinking eyes*
还是算了吧,变老就变老咯~
Anyway, try to have more aloevera, green leafy veges, yogurt, spirulina..
Not to forget sunlight, exercise and 8 hours sleep every night :)
