someone please teach me snookering!

After forcing L to bring me for snookering, we went to this restaurant named 金碑梨 which is located at sri petaling.
It is a restaurant pretty much with hong kong style.
even though i am not really satisfied with its sanitation (cockroach crawling right beside my foot)
and some of the food (potato taste sour instead of sweet at our last visit), anyway they gave us a free dessert for that.

weee~ look indulging isnt it? the green layer outside is thin and it felt like the 冰皮 of mooncake.

and also the thick cream and durian paste inside.. loves!

seafood pasta. cuttlefish taste 'hanyir' and the sauce is too little.

DONT YOU FEEL LIKE ENGULFING IT???? that's the reason i ordered.
(with addition its under the 养颜炖品 section)
Anyway it doesnt taste so nice. this is called hong kong style steamed egg.
but it has ginger taste. yucks. guess what? i actually finished the entire bowl.
